The Act
Ringmaster Ronaldo is the perfect host for your circus-themed event or occasion. His comical and cheeky character is suited to any event big or small. His moustache might be drawn on in a cartoon-like manner, but there’s nothing make believe about the magic skills he displays or the laughter he creates. It’s an important job to keep a busy event moving along at the right pace, ensuring all the right people are thanked and that all the elements happen at the right time, Ringmaster Ronaldo can do just that.
Typical Booking
A regular corporate client who likes to theme their annual event, chose a circus theme one year and asked Ringmaster Ronaldo to take charge.
Besides having to secure a world-class juggling act for the after dinner entertainment, Ringmaster Ronaldo had a multitude of responsibilities on the night.
Having introduced the several hundred guests to the circus-themed ballroom, Ronaldo explained the details of the evening, including the various raffles, auctions, entertainment, band and disco. He then introduced a guest speaker to say a few words after which he asked the staff to serve dinner. During dinner Ronaldo performed close-up walkabout magic to a number of select tables before liasing with the juggler who’d just arrived. With several calls to action about auctions and raffles during the meal, Ronaldo ordered the tables be cleared before he introduced the world-class juggling act. After the act and after the applause and cheers had died down, Ronaldo drew the raffle and hosted the auction. Following this he went into the bar area to perform close-up magic to those guests he hadn’t had time to entertain at the tables. The client was thrilled at the way Ronaldo held the event together and he felt his presence really captured the spirit and joy of the circus.
